我想請問各位若是焦慮恐慌症已經知道自己焦慮恐慌的原因但這原因都一直持續存在著例如:課業壓力、家人缺乏關心......等除了吃藥、運動、放鬆......等有沒有能根治的方法呢?還是一定要等到這些焦慮原因都消失才行好起來呢?謝謝大家!
