最近想趁著下班閒暇時間去上一些課~我本來是比較想上有氧啦~但是聽人家說有氧比較會有肌肉..瑜珈的話身體線條會比較好一點點~我想要的訴求是1.有點減重效果2.能夠對心肺功能有幫助3.我要長期的上課P.S因為自己有些心肺疾病醫生建議說看能不能運動來改善體質來幫助病情改善
