我現在一週上一堂”提拉皮斯瑜珈課”,上課期間三個月,結果聽朋友說瑜珈只要中途停止,沒有長期練,腿就會因為筋被拉開了,而逐漸變粗,真的會這樣嗎?那位朋友還說跳有氧就不會有不跳腿就變粗的問題,是真的嗎?
