是這樣的.....我星期六日會去慢跑一小時...先前是每天...但有點膩ㄌ....想運用其他運動代替....只是我的問題在於...我的同學都住較遠...沒辦法一起打...所以我打算自己練投籃..但....降運動量大卡是多少ㄋ....會部會效果比較差...我都運動一小時...想問問看...再來我的另一ㄍ問題是籃球也不一定天天能去��
