想利用暑假兩個月的時間跳有氧舞蹈以及瑜珈主要目的是減肥我報名的課程是有瑜珈課程也有有氧舞蹈課程ㄧ次ㄧ小時每天都有課那裡的人說體力夠的話一天跳3堂也可以我想問的問題!!1如果每天跳一小時的有氧舞蹈可以瘦身嗎??2每天跳有氧舞蹈小腿會不會變成很粗都是肌肉??3每天跳有氧舞蹈全身會不會
