瑜珈的熱身運動及一些動作很多都是雙手往上伸,墊起腳尖,直到不能伸展為止,說是可以美化背部及腿部線條,但最近我發現,蘿蔔越來越壯了耶....害我怕怕的...總覺的怎麼會這樣,是不是有些動作不是適合每個人呀,有沒有什麼方式可以改善..
