自己之前跟著市民學院學習瑜珈時間大約在6點半-7點半坐完瑜珈後回家吃晚餐雖然還是有瘦下來但是種感覺怪怪的瑜珈該在餐前或是餐後做??大約在飲食前後幾小時做會比較好呢??...Showmore
