我有個疑問我練瑜珈已經一年了身體逐漸柔軟多了不過仍有個障礙就是每當坐在地上腿往前伸直或是雙腳打開時別人的腰都可以往前挺出我卻沒辦法挺直上半身甚至一直往後倒背駝駝的用手摸背發現脊椎是彎的想挺直會讓我感到很難受不過腳縮回來或靜坐盤腿時背又能挺直了我一直努力想改善可是不知�
