我以前練瑜珈學瑜珈都是在下午或晚上的時候練,現在因為時間的關係不再上課了,但還是會在家裡練瑜珈。許多老師都在清晨練瑜珈,古代的瑜珈行者似乎也是如此,可是我最近想要配合一天行程的關係也改成清晨練瑜珈。可是我的天啊~我早上練感覺筋骨硬到不行!!很難拉又很容易累!!我的後�
