我懷孕前59生產前79生完第3天75.5做完月子70一個禮拜後準備減肥是70.6到現在減肥2個月了..是66.8我覺得好慢!!我本來希望一個月可以瘦4公斤的我目前減肥計畫如下早餐中餐正常吃晚餐不吃要不然就喝豆漿或牛奶一個禮拜2次瑜珈課(每次1小時)禮拜1-5有遵守上面吃法但是假日沒辦法遵循(還是會節制...)可以請
