如提我是男生177公分71公斤雖然身材是標準的但是稍有小腹而肚子的兩旁最難瘦了!!很想讓身材變好和有型而我計畫的飲食如下請各位幫忙我看一下有那些需要改進早餐:麥片1碗或蘋果一顆(以上一定都會有一杯水500cc以上)中餐便當(有肉有菜有白飯或麵食)+水=>中午吃最好(以上一定有水)晚餐吃水果或紅��
