我不但矮又胖我正在找減肥方式但是我經期來了運動不方便但我還是有在運動..原本想游泳可是經期來真的很煩ㄟ!我早餐吃肉排三明治中餐8分飽學校午餐(有3菜1飯1湯)晚餐吃0脂肪優格(蘋果口味)和菜配在一起吃或者一顆蘋果一份優格!!經期來什麼運動方法最好!?還有我這樣吃能瘦嗎?晚餐不吃澱粉!可是早�
