運動完可以做那些拉伸舒緩的動作? - 運動

如題,網路上資訊很多,但我不知道如何分辨哪些才是適合運動後做的拉伸、舒緩運動(全身性的),是否跟運動前的暖身差不多?因為有時候運動完會痠痛,也不想練成肌肉...
