本人平時也有在做運動,肌肉也是有的,但還是有些不足的地方,有在健身的人應該都會追求線條曲線吧?我想要讓手部和腹部有肌肉線條請問要怎麼練?請問該如何做呢?因為我家只有啞鈴和腹建輪,所以希望不是靠器具來練腹肌的鍛練方式也教一下本人平時有做仰臥起坐,但肚子有點肉所以看不太出來,希望增�
