看到報導上寫說常常做某些動作會導致椎間盤突出,例如:彎腰提重物﹑扭腰轉身...。可是練習瑜珈時不是常有扭腰轉身、後彎等動作嗎?練瑜珈是否會導致椎間盤突出或者其他運動傷害呢?若是的話應如何避免呢?
