因為我是屬於肌肉型肥胖..都在做些運動員的訓練!!所以小腿很像男生一樣..結成一大塊...腰也比較沒腰身的感覺大腿也很壯有外側肌...手臂也很壯肩膀也寬~連臀部都適硬的..很扎實的感覺...一用力整條腿都是很緊很硬的..練瑜珈會改善嗎??按摩有最為有效的方法嗎???這樣子的肌肉型肥胖..什麼樣的瘦身方�
