脊椎能靠運動回到正確的位置上嗎? - 運動

好幾年來因為不正確的坐姿(彎腰駝背)使得腰椎酸痛,最近有在做瑜珈裡的輪式(拱門狀)想說把腰椎調整回來,可是做了幾天後不但沒改善反而覺得腰椎越來越緊,現在只要往後仰就有這種感覺,難道這樣的調整方法是錯誤的嗎?之前有給人整脊過,雖然有效但過沒多久就慢慢恢復原狀了,我想是因為肌��
