我是之前長時間坐姿不良.結果有一次從沙發猛起腰左側就拉到了之後我去照X光沒問題.吃了一陣子的消炎藥好轉了....但是..問題來了..現在的我只要保持一的動作超過5分鐘以上再做另一個動作我之前受傷的地方就會酸+痛.但是再休息個幾秒後再回去做剛剛的動作就不會再痛了如:坐下5分鐘在起立就會痛.��
