如標題~腰圍要多少才是理想狀態?要怎麼局部瘦身,因為我現在腰圍35腰,我沒有肚子阿,就只是沒運動所以有點贅肉﹑我只是骨架寬還是真的肥胖阿?我這樣算正常嗎?...有沒有方法或是有專門瘦小腹的服飾或產品謝謝~
