感覺飲食跟運動對於膽固醇的控制都只有維持的作用,如果想要有效下降的話多吃些什麼東西比較好呢?但是我不想要吃藥感覺會有副作用,而且對身體也不好可能就是必須每天吃然後會慢慢有效的東西吧膽固醇好像一下子要下降也不大可能...Showmore
