我睡覺起來的那一段時間,我會覺得恐懼、害怕、空虛甚至難過。大部分都在晚上睡覺,隔天起床的那時候。其實我也不知道是什麼原因,這個情形還蠻久了吧!會不會是之前我經歷過某件事情所造成的?這種情況有時候會有時候不會,我該不該去看一下心理醫生?萬一沒有這種心理障礙呢?如果要看,高雄
