平常一年大概運動不到兩次吧現在26歲但感覺體力不太好打算找1.2個適合自己的長期運動希望是每天能做一小時能達到一分鐘130下心跳的有氧運動不過去年左腳踝開了刀開刀的醫生說不能跑但爬山腳踏車都可以而大概前年去看脖子說有脊椎狹窄症就是電腦用太久脖子的脊椎有1節壓迫神經有時手會痛所以�
