不好意思各位大大我有幾個有關重訓的問題想請教我現在16歲,176公分,59公斤,體脂肪7~10%,內臟脂肪0%星期一三五(日偶爾)上健身房,在健身房通常是練胸,背,腹跟整隻手,練完大約1個半~2小時。而星期四跟六會去衝陡坡訓練大腿小腿。1.我原本55~56公斤。重訓1個月後增加到59公斤,這樣算快還是慢
