請問有運動的朋友做運動的時候,哪種搭配順序會讓熱量消耗增加呢a先做心肺運動,在作肌力訓練b先做重肌力訓練,再做心肺運動我的運動目的是為了瘦身+塑身,所以想知道怎樣的運動方式會比較消耗熱量再請跟我說喔,感恩~~~~...Showmore
