我現在每天周一到周四下班空腹跑步5公里跑完就洗澡按摩睡覺了晚餐沒有吃每天晚上最晚11點就睡然後早上6:30起床身高166.5cm年齡26歲體重54.3kgBMI19.6體脂肪率23.4%筋肉量39.1kg內臟脂肪2.5基礎代謝量1241kcal/日之前我真的因為聽信早餐可以吃的跟皇帝一樣所以我早餐都吃巧克力土司+鐵板麵+三明治現在我改了�
