請問一、瑜珈每天練ok嗎(每天約30分鐘)?二、那如果腰閃到了還可以練嗎(是不是要等好了再練)?三、我怎麼覺的練了之後感覺有了肌肉,肉肉變結實了?正常嗎?四、是不是練了之後味口會變好呀?我怎麼覺的我每天早上肚子都好飲哦!(我都是晚上練)
