我才剛開始試跳繩減肥法。我跳了兩天了,可是一量體重,從54變成了55了。我是想問,如果持續跳下去真的會減肥ㄇ?為什麼我跳了兩天體重沒有減呢?跳五天大概會減多少阿?我每天跳一千下,三十五分鐘。是真的有強烈的效果ㄇ?
