本人目前健身都在家練家裡有所器材如下:大型舉重床,2隻組裝式啞林,M型彎曲桿,餅乾:10公斤2塊~5公斤8塊~2.5公斤4塊一星期練5~6天~有時候工作關西...一星期才3天~正常的話都有再練...假日都加重訓練~都加重到一組8~12下左右...平常時間重量會減半~一組60~100下左右我身高160~體重56~我發覺~好像練個1小時�
