我ㄧㄍ禮拜都會跳4-5ㄍ小時ㄉ瑜珈課(或有氧)....目的是想要減肥..可是我發現跳ㄌ快2ㄍ月好像都沒有比較瘦..身體線條是變ㄉ比較結實..可是體重都沒變ㄟ!而且我妹妹都說我好像下半身變胖ㄟ...天ㄚ!有人可以告訴我要怎麼辦嗎?我吃也跟以前一樣沒變多ㄚ..而且跳完舞都有1.5小時後再吃飯ㄟ..請各位給我��
