喘不過氣是怎樣 - 運動

之前在運動的時候,可以用速度9.5跑30分鐘以上,都還游刃有餘,不會很痛苦,心肺功能應該還算不錯大約一個月前,就不能做強度高的運動,比如說交叉訓練機強度調強一點,力氣夠,但是會忽然覺得好像喘不過氣來,有時去做瑜珈遇到強度較高的動作時也是類似的狀況,感覺上身體做的過去,但是呼吸就是不順請問
