我看X光我的脊椎歪歪的可是中醫生跟西醫生都跟我說我這還好可是X光明明很歪他們都說這要姿勢正確就好了可是我的右半邊下半身會痛作一些瑜珈伸展都覺得右腳做不來他們只說要練美姿美儀就好了沒說怎麼做那我應該做些什麼呢?每天靠牆直立?躺著睡也只能側躺該做些什麼呢?
