請問哪種鍛練腹肌的方式比較不傷腰椎?我做了3種 練腹肌的方法:1. 抬腳練下腹肌。2. V字仰臥起坐練腹肌。3. 手軸撐地練腹肌。 以上都有用很厚的瑜珈墊。但腰椎的地方,在晚上要睡覺時會突然間超痛。 不是酸或累。請問有沒有其他,比較不會傷到腰椎的腹肌鍛鍊方法?...Showmore
