我今年17歲體重62身高160(很失敗的體型==)我的標準體重大約在52~54左右但因為我是個T所以...也想把胸部減掉我的目標大約在45~48之間有甚麼方法是健康,不用靠藥物就可以減下來的?ps:我每天都有做30下伏立挺身還有50下仰臥起坐...(因為我的啤酒肚挺嚴重的)
