各位大大~小弟上網買了SHAKEWELGHT(搖擺鈴)也有按照上面的作法來做 6分鐘我延伸到9分鐘了睡覺前 仰臥起坐80下 扶地挺身60下平常都只喝水...也沒吃宵夜了過了快要兩個月了...胸肌有慢慢出來了但是肚子跟兩個月前都還是一模一樣><誰可以教教我呢?PS:1.身高168公分 體重59公斤 高3 2.不要�
