請減重達人有沒有三個月內可以減15-20kg的"運動計畫" - 運動

請問有沒有三個月內可以減15-20KG的運動計畫例如早上做OO運動中午XX運動晚上##運動陸上運動均可不論跑步伏地挺身仰臥起坐腳踏車都可以(目前等分發所以從早到晚都很空)且我腰圍100CM但四肢算正常結實應該就是所謂的代謝症候群有沒有運動可以加強消除腹部脂肪的但是我不想變成腹部凸出的肌肉PS.如��
