直接切入正題捌.我現在是個高三生了,身高才170左右,體重50左右.我想靠運動來看能否增胖和強化身體.我已經放棄長高的想法了.我算是個業餘的小運動狂,我每天都會舉4斤的啞鈴,舉到500下.每隔30分鐘50-100下.每天做伏地挺身200下,請問要怎樣做才能更有效率的加強肌肉部分.與增胖呢ˊ_ˋ
