小弟剛滿18歲,因為交了女朋友了,想要鍛鍊一下身材,目前本人173公分左右體重61公斤....但是肚子卻有著厚厚的脂肪,最近有再練身體(自己練,沒去健身房)....本來想說靠著不吃東西來減掉肚子上的肉,後來才知道原來餓肚子會燃燒掉我身上的肌肉,所以打算配著有氧運動來燃燒肚子上的脂肪,但是同時間又想要
