有氧運動30分鐘如果停下來會燃燒脂肪嗎?? - 運動

小弟最近開始想要減掉體脂肪,想說晚上吃飽飯休息快一小時的時候出去慢跑,之前聽說有氧運動這方面要持續30分鐘體內才會開始燃燒脂肪,那請問一下如果我跑了30分鐘後就停掉的話,身體還會加倍燃燒體脂肪嗎??還是最好我是持續60分鐘好呢,如果我前30分鐘慢慢跑,候面開始加快一點速度的話,這樣子算嗎??
