如題~我自己是高一的男生目前167.5/78~我從國三開始就一直卡在167.5....會不會不會長高了呀??我都大約11點半那邊就睡了((剛躺下去))~還有我每天都會做運動~如下:1200下跳繩+100下仰臥起坐+(30教務蹲跳+80下抬高腳的跑步((這是自己追加的...不知道有何功用==))+雙手各80個啞鈴+40下伏力挺身(腳再第二階樓梯)~這�
