我169CM71KG目標瘦到60~~現在11月我要持續到2月!三餐是....(睡叫起床喝500CC的水)早餐:無糖豆漿+兩片土司午餐:一個麵包+一瓶水晚餐:兩個土司中間塗草莓運動是:禮拜1.2.4練拔河一堆體能訓練禮拜3游泳游兩個小時禮拜5練舞(Breaking)3~4小時六日都沒有禮拜1.2.4練玩拔河隔個一小時候會買兩個茶葉蛋補充蛋白質!我�
