早餐:有時吃紫色諾米的飯團不然就是炒薏仁午餐:我還是學生*所以是吃學校的!!有飯的時候我是少吃不然就是不吃*麵的時候我個人是偏愛XD晚餐:吃媽媽煮的*飯是少量吃完晚餐休息壹下我就開始座運動空中腳踏車200下(我每天都會慢慢增加)仰臥起坐20下(這個也是會慢慢增加)呼啦圈大概10分鐘*這樣子的吃法
