請問18歲男生還能長高嗎我平常都是做仰臥起坐,扶力挺身但是都沒辦法減肥我的大腿幾乎受不下來變的很有肌肉因為我常在走路我最近也比較常喝牛奶豆漿和吃綠色蔬菜請問要減肥且長高的運動有啥是室內或是比較方便的
