一、請問如何解決慢跑時【小腿沉重、痠】的問題?(固定右腳)最近跑不到5分鐘就開始了,那種感覺會一直打擊意志力!以上是我目前最大的困難~二、還有跑時腹痛應該如何解決?(我都用減緩速度)三、慢跑完後可以吃些甚麼恢復體力?慢跑前呢?慢跑後的伸展有哪些呢?以上~Thankyou~
