運動分開做有減肥及運動的效果嗎? - 運動

最近開始發胖了所以想靠運動來減肥目前是想先瘦肚子所以我每天都做100個仰臥起坐不過因為一次做不完所以我都分成好幾次做大約分個5次一次20下這樣想問看看這樣運動有沒有用?是不是所有的運動都要一次做完分開做跟一次做的功效有差別嗎??
