運動後腳易抽筋,該如何預防 - 運動

請問一下各位先進,我常在運動四、五個小時後,膝蓋內側與大腿交界處的那一條筋,還有小腿脛骨外側的那條筋會抽筋,請問有什麼拉筋或暖身的方法可以預防,還請各位先進能幫小弟解決這個困惑許久的問題,謝謝。
