昨天練習跳遠,回家後全身都很痛,爬樓梯軟腳,腳舉起來就很痛,尤其是大腿,背部和腰還有屁股都很痛,這是拉傷嗎?要如何處理?拉傷大概幾天可以好?下禮拜五就要比賽了
