最近開始踩飛輪,上課時雖然沒有覺得很累,但是隔天整個酸痛啊~~~請問我應該要怎麼樣舒緩這個酸痛狀況呢我想要趕快繼續上課呀!但太酸痛的時候好像不建議接著運動對不對?請問我要怎改善肌肉酸痛呢如果有教我怎麼拉筋的圖片或youtube影片教學更好喔我是兩邊手臂和大腿內側非常酸,希望有
