我對我的外表很自卑我有一點肉肉的可是就是沒辦法忌口...運動對於我這個懶人來說也真是困難...我總是3分鐘熱度ㄚ..還有我掌的並不漂亮也不懂得化妝美容的所以總是差不上一些話讓我覺得好自卑友人都會說每天對著鏡子˙說自己很漂亮之類的但我覺得這方法不切實際且在欺騙自己不是嘛?有什麼更具�
