我以前脊椎受過傷然後醫生叫我盡量不要彎腰像你平常東西掉在地上正常人是直接彎腰撿地上物但是正確的方式是先蹲下去再去撿之後有討論到瑜珈..我說:那瑜珈不是常常在彎腰嗎?醫生說到:瑜珈更是糟糕..他們晚年幾乎很多然脊椎受過傷有一半都是做瑜珈而導致椎間盤突出..或是關節磨損嚴重因為他們�
