我本來是高中田徑隊有次練習時間弄傷了腳,造成骨折也傷到韌帶過了2.3個月也只能走個幾步,相對的體重也從67變成81(雖然身高175)不論如何我都想瘦下來如果要運動該做甚麼才能減?希望不要是跑步因為現在的我沒辦法跑...也不要瑜珈跟跳體操更別提仰臥起坐...還有廣告也不要也別叫我吃甚麼減肥藥.��
